With the FNMT Digital Certificate you can obtain your electronic certificate at the National Coin and Stamp Factory in a comfortable and safe way. In just a few clicks you will have completed the entire process of obtaining your certificate on your mobile device.

To obtain your certificate by reading your DNIe, simply open the app, click on “Digital Certificate Request” and select the “DNIe Reading” option. This way you can obtain your electronic certificate quickly, easily and free of charge.

How does it work?

To obtain a certificate by NFC scanning your ID, follow these steps:

1. Open the app.

2. Select the “Digital Certificate Request” option.

3. Select the “DNIe Reading” option

4. Follow the instructions that appear on your device to read your ID.

5. You can get your certificate immediately and for free.

Requirements

To access this functionality, you must have an electronic identity document (with an updated version) with active certificates, know the associated PIN code and a mobile device compatible with NFC technology.

The Digital Certificate includes the new video identification system “Identify yourself wherever you are”, which allows you to request the certificate completely online, quickly, safely and without the need to travel. With this new service it will not be necessary to go to a notary's office. Now you can do everything from your mobile device!

However, if you wish, you can always go to a registry office in person to prove your identity completely free of charge.
